Danville Library Hosts Teen Programs Nov. 10th and 17th

The Danville Public Library will be hosting two programs for teens in November.  The programs are free.  Snacks and drinks will be served.

On Tuesday, November 10, in the second floor Conference Room, teens are invited to an “Old School Retro Board Games” night from 5 to 8 p.m.  Games will include SCRABBLE, Trivial Pursuit, Monopoly, and Clue.

On Tuesday, November 17, in the first floor Meeting Room, the Library will be showing the 1985 Steven Spielberg film “The Goonies”, starring Sean Astin, Josh Brolin, Jeff Cohen, and Martha Plimpton.  The film, about a group of friends who try to save their neighborhood by tracking down a pirate treasure, won two Academy awards and five nominations.
