Library Director - Tuscola Public Library

The Tuscola Public Library is seeking a creative and enthusiastic library director.  The municipal library, a member of the Lincoln Trail Libraries System, serves a population of 4,500 in central Illinois, and is housed in its original Carnegie library building.

The director reports to the Board of Trustees, develops policy and future plans with the Board of Trustees, and is responsible for the daily operation and supervision of the library, including:
•    Supervision and training of part-time staff
•    Maintenance of computer resources for public and staff
•    Circulation and reference service
•    Collection development
•    Budget management
•    Programming development, with an emphasis on children’s programming
•    Community relations

Institutional Repository Librarian - Eastern Illinois University

RSA Reports Coordinator

The Alliance Library System (ALS) seeks a Resource Sharing Alliance (RSA) Reports Coordinator to assist RSA members with first-line technical support for library automation system issues, running reports and building reports.

Responsibilities include the ability to:
•    Serve as the primary contact for creating and running reports for member libraries.
•    Create and modify appropriate databases/spreadsheets for statistical and other library reports.
•    Serve as the primary contact for library inventory procedures and reports.
•    Troubleshoot RSA related software issues.
•    Assist with member library operational troubleshooting.
•    Serve as the primary contact and liaison for RSA Union Listing libraries.
•    Enter and update a variety of routine data in LLSAP parameters.
•    Serve as the primary Union Listings Library trainer and point of contact.
