DUTIES: Support of 200 public and staff computers and network; support of automated checkout system; troubleshooting and assistance to users.
QUALIFICATIONS: Two years of college. Three years experience with Windows servers and systems, hardware and software. Experience giving technical support in a service oriented environment preferred.
