The Young Adult Library Services Association (YALSA), a division of the American Library Association (ALA), is accepting applications for a member editor for a new online research journal. The deadline for applications is Sept. 30.
“Through its research journal, YALSA plans to promote research in areas of interest to those working with teens in libraries,” said Linda Braun, YALSA president. “To be effective as a librarian and a teen advocate, teen librarians often need research-based information and data that can help them to gain support with the community. YALSA's research journal will be a resource for this type of information and support.”
