Job Description:
The Metropolitan Library System is looking for a highly motivated, team-oriented professional to become the newest member of our Automation and Technology Department. This position will be responsible for the MLS website, knowledge management initiatives, providing technical support to MLS membership services, electronic communications, monitoring future trends and analyzing, recommending, and implementing software applications.

Full/Part Time & Hours: Full Time - Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology with 6 to 10 years professional not-for-profit work experience OR a Master's Degree in Computer Science with 3 to 5 years professional not-for-profit work experience required. Experience with Integrated Library Automation Systems high desirable.
We are looking for a professional with extensive knowledge of web applications and website development and maintenance, including HTML, programming, database design and SQL. The successful candidate will understand team dynamics, have the ability to be a productive member of a team and work in a team environment. MLS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Salary: Salary Range: $50,506 to $75,760
