Allerton Public Library District's copy of Sisterhood Everlasting by Ann Brashares, ISBN 9780385521222, published by Random House, has had the status of "hold expired" since 7/18/2012.  If you still have this item, please return it to Lorrie Taylor at Allerton Public Library District. 

Note that the current status of the item, "in transit" is erroneous, the result of a failed attempt on the part of the author of this notice to determine the borrower who placed the now expired hold.

Purging Notice Batch List

Remember to purge your Notice Batch List when you have finished with them, whether you output them or not. This serves two purposes. It keeps the list from becoming overloaded and it helps libraries avoid outputting the same list more than once.

Welcome Back Schools!

Just a couple of reminders to our school libraries:

1)  If you haven't logged in to Horizon in over 3 months, your login has probably expired, please call 217-352-0047 and then press 1 for automation and ask us to reset your account.

2)  Holds will be turned on next week for everyone, unless you specifically gave us a date last spring.  If we have a specific date, we will be turning holds on at that time.

3)  Delivery will resume for all school libraries during the week of August 20-24.

Central Citizens' Library District's Copy of Microsoft Word Made Easy Missing in Transport

On June 7 the LINC Cataloging Center cataloged Microsoft Word Made Easy by Rob Hawkins (London : Flame Tree, 2011, ISBN 9780857751461) for Central Citizens' Library District, but the book has not been returned to the library.  If you have received this item in error, please return it to Pam Hanson at Central Citizens via the LINC delivery system.

IPLAR and ILLINET Surveys

The Illinois State Library is in the final stages of the process to select a vendor to maintain data collected for the Illinois Public Library Annual Report (IPLAR) and Illinois Library and Information Network (ILLINET) surveys.

At this time, Illinois libraries should not complete their online FY11–12 IPLAR or ILLINET surveys.
