A new online version of the LINC Horizon Security Form is available at the Technology Services web site, http://www.ltls.org/lincforms.html. Scroll down to LINC Horizon Security Form [online] to fill out the online form on the web site. Because security is managed by library directors, this new online security form must be emailed from the library director's email account. This form can be used to register new staff or upgrade security access for existing staff.
