LINC Update

Two storage statuses

There are now two item storage statuses in LINC. Status code 'st' displays to the public as 'Storage - See Staff'. Status code 'st1' displays to the public as 'Storage'. Feel free to use whichever storage item status most fits your needs in managing your collection.

LINC Training Classes

LINC training classes still have openings for these upcoming September dates.

LINC Getting Started - September 8 at 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
LINC Basic Circulation - September 9 at 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
LINC Advanced Circulation - September 10 at 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
LINC Adding Items - September 10 at 1:30 - 3:30 p.m.

LINC Policy Council Nominations open

Members of the LINC Directors Group have been asked to nominate potential LINC Policy Council candidates by completing the online LINC Policy Council Nomination Form. Once the nominations are returned, the LINC Directors Group Nominating Committee will meet and prepare a slate of candidates for the official election.

Nominees should represent one of the following categories:
-Public Library Representative serving under 10,000 in population (1 position)
-Public Library Representative (any size) (1 position)
-School Library Representative (2 positions)
-At-Large Representative (1 positions)
