If your library is going to be closed more than 15 days for the holiday season and you would like holds suspended during that long closing time, please send an email to Helen Neal, firstname.lastname@example.org
Please remember to notify us when employees leave the library so their Horizon logins can be deleted. If you'd like to see a current list of your users, login to WebReporter, in folder Shared Reports>Admin>User List, select your library location and run this report. You will get a list of all current users at your location. You can then send an email to Helen Neal, email@example.com, letting us know who should be removed from the list. Any emails that come regarding security issues must come from the library director's email account.
