SirsiDynix Executive Conference
In keeping with the SirsiDynix Institute's mission to grow the skills of library professionals, SirsiDynix Institute's Executive Conference 2008 presents an engaging two-day program on Open Libraries. The theme centers on the "openness" that characterizes successful libraries - open partnerships, open approaches, open technologies, open dialog, and open communities. Explore how library decision makers can open a world of new strategic opportunities for their institutions, with presentations from Semantic Studios' Peter Morville, librarian-trailblazers, Lee Rainie of the Pew Internet and American Life Project, and SirsiDynix executives who will overview key open technologies.
The Executive Conference, held in conjunction with SirsiDynix SuperConference 2008 (Unicorn Users Group Conference), is scheduled for April 5-6, at the Detroit Marriott Renaissance Center. For more information, visit the conference web site.
