Thanks for your patience as we work to resolve minor problems associated with the April 7 & 8 upgrade. Overall, the upgrade went surprisingly well. The web catalog was available for searching by Thursday afternoon, and library staff were able to log back in to Horizon by 10:00 am on Friday April 8, which was much earlier than originally planned. There are still a few remaining issues:
- Duplicate history blocks in the borrower history file
- Debt Collect issues for a few libraries
- WebReporter reports that are not returning results
For those of you that used PC Reliance during the downtime, we successfully processed over 8,000 transactions.
