It has been pointed out to me that in this year's IPLAR, 19.4, 19.5 and 19.6, has changed its wording somewhat in that it includes "all formats" in your total circulation counts. This also includes ILL stats for Borrowed From another library.
By definition, the "all formats" would include eBooks and downloadable audio from MyMediaMall. If you would like your statistics, please contact Donna Schaal at dschaal@illinoisheartland.org.
