We are putting together contact lists for LINC Online libraries. The following email is being sent to people whose email addresses we have on two of our lists. We are trying to establish accurate contact lists for all member libraries if Illinois Heartland Library System. There will be two different lists. One list will be for Administrators, those responsible for making contractual agreements and authorizing payment. The other will be for the Librarian or staff member at each site responsible for overseeing the day to day operations at their library.
In some instances, particularly smaller libraries, the same person will appear on both lists. We want to be sure both lists are complete and accurate.
Schools might have one Administrator for the district but a separate Librarian for each of its schools.
Emails are being sent to people on two different lists. Some names might appear on both lists. The name of the list being used will be in the subject line. In some cases we have an email address but not a person’s name or their library. When replying, please be sure to include the library’s name along with the individual’s name and email address.
If you are replying with only one email for both lists please be sure to specify Administrator/Contact or Librarian/Contact for each name and email address.
