LTLS Delivery Announcement

LTLS will be open on Friday, 12/22 and Tuesday 12/ 26. However, LTLS staff will take one of those days off for the 12/24 holiday. With reduced staffing, we will cancel a delivery route each day. On Friday, 12/22, Route 3 will be cancelled. On Tuesday, 12/26, Route 1 will be cancelled. Normal delivery will resume on December 27. LINC Update

LINC Update is now a blog and staff are regularly posting information. Yesterday LTLS staff made it easier for libraries to find the most current posts. The LINC Update blog is now on the side bar of the Technology Services page. New posts will appear at the top so check out the page frequently. LTLS will also continue to send a version of the blog every two weeks to the LINC Users.

Holiday Closing Schedules

Attention all member libraries: Please send your holiday closing schedules to Distribution/Delivery as soon as possible. Call LTLS at 217-352-0047 (press 2 for delivery) or email delivery@lincolntrail.info. Identify your library, and then let us know your holiday closing dates. Thank you for your help.

Trustee Connections

Today the LTLS Consulting and Communications team launched a new electronic publication -- Trustee Connections. The purpose of this publication is to provide information about issues that face trustees as stewards of public libraries in local communities. Today's issue has the following pieces of information included: a welcome, 2007 Election information, Open Meetings Act information, and information about upcoming workshops for trustees. Delivery Service Cancellations on Friday, December 1

Due to white-out and other hazardous conditions, delivery services will be limited. All routes have been cancelled after early morning stops.
