Downloadable digital media is more popular than ever! OverDrive and Illinois Library Systems are working together to provide libraries an affordable way to offer a great selection of popular downloadable audiobooks, e-books and videos. OverDrive CEO Steve Potash will present an introduction to the MyMediaMall collection (www.mymediamall.net) on a Web and phone conference on August 23, 2:00 p.m.
MyMediaMall currently contains over 4,000 titles, composed of 2,500 audiobooks, 1,200 Adobe e-books, 250 Mobipocket e-books, and 550 videos, and additional titles are added monthly. Users have shared their appreciation on many aspects of the MyMediaMall experience including the diversity of the collection, ease of use, and the automatic return feature, which means no late fees!
The next quarterly enrollment contracts will be accepted up to October 1, so this is the perfect time to explore the many benefits of this popular service.
